Free Light Bulbs for Residents

Interested in saving money on your electric bill? Then switch out your floor and table lamp bulbs with compact fluorescent ones. These fluorescent light bulbs can save up to 75 percent on lighting costs, according to Xcel Energy. In fact, If every American home replaced just one light bulb with an energy- efficient compact fluorescent, we would save enough energy to light more than 2.5 million homes for a year and prevent greenhouse gases equivalent to the emissions of nearly 800,000 cars.
To get you started, Boutique Apartments will offer 1 free compact fluorescent bulb to each resident. To pick up your free bulb, just stop by the property management office at 1355 Pearl Street, #208. Or you can request that one be dropped off at your apartment by emailing Jenny at jthomas@boutiqueapartments.com.

Green Drinks Denver

Every month people who work in, or are interested in the green design industry meet for drinks at informal sessions called “Green Drinks.” The public is invited to come learn and share more about the green design movement.
